Termites are the insects which are found in large groups or colonies. They mainly feed on the woods and can pose serious problems for trees and timber.

It is necessary to get the inspection of the termites on regular basis in order to prevent any damage.

These insects mostly warm in the spring. Flowers do start blooming in the month of spring but we see an unwelcome sign of the termites.

Termites are so dangerous that they can literally eat up a home. They tend to mate and emerge as new colonies. They harm the home in such a way that we don’t even know that our home is getting harmed.

They have the ability to chew the flooring, ceiling or wood. They are mainly found feeding on the food. Many surveys have shown that termites cause large damage to homes annually.

·       Try to reduce the moisture in the home or nearby places to it where termites have ability to come.

·       Always repair the leaking water pipes to avoid the termites.

·       Replace the mortar foundation around the base.

·       Make proper sewerage system to prevent the encounter of termites.

·       Make water system away from the house through proper functioning.

·       Regularly inspect the foundation of your home mainly the water tubs.

·       Try to maintain a minimum gap of 18 inches between the soil and wood.
